Closing in

Yesterday Jonny and Pär came down from the north and joined me and Nicke for some rehersals. We haven't played for about half a year but still, after going through the songs it's like we haven't done anything else. After all the work with finishing the album and the hard times that sometimes ment, I feel warm. And as if that wasn't enough, we also got a grood review in Sweden's best music-mag "Sonic".

A gig atlast

Yes, in one week, wednesday the 26th, there will finally be a union of Streetwaves at Spy Bar in Stockholm. It's gonna be like a releaseparty for the album but mostly I'm looking forward to just play together again ...

Vika papper

Today I'm spending the day at the Imadethis rec office. Some chatting of course and a bit of studying too but over all I'm just folding papers and putting them along with records in padded envelopes ment for licencing companies. I'm sooo excited, honestly. 'Cause you know, the album is just so amazing! Don't forget to listen to the single Voids of charm.

First review

Today we got the first official review of the single Voids of charm. Oh, it feels so nice I think I could die in peace hehe. We're not really used to any kind of response up until now. Guess that's not entirely true but that's how it feels. I feel a bit stressed by the video 'cause it's still not finished but it's kind of out of my hands this time! well, the review is in swedish from the page musiklandet.se

I hear the same nonchalant charm as The Libertines and, at times, Babyshambles have refined. It's gonna be really really exciting to hear the coming album The pleasure to end all pleasures!
